My favorite thing about my FCB Home is the spacious kitchen and large kitchen island. I like to cook and entertain guests, and the design makes it a more enjoyable experience. I also like the large deep sink which makes washing pots easier and the large pantry for storage.

The floor plan is perfect for our family and lifestyle. We love the ceiling heights and numerous architectural features throughout the house. The quality is outstanding and we enjoy living here. Our neighborhood is very pleasant and calm, and includes a neighborhood park. It features amenities for both adults and children. The structures and playground equipment are very nice, and is a definite benefit to our family. During and after construction, the FCB Homes staff, including sales, construction & customer care, were excellent to work with. We had a very satisfying experience, and would recommend FCB to anyone looking for a home.

Building a new home can be daunting-but the day you get the keys to your brand new dream house, it’s all worth it. After living in the same house for 40 years we made the decision to re-locate.

It was a BIG decision and a BIG move! We were rookies in the housing market and needed guidance and support. FCB's staff was there to deliver! It was almost a year long process and  everyone we met during this time was awesome. Lisa Aguirre, our Design Consultant was attentive and patient. Louise Oliver, our Celebration Sales Representative and Andrea Olson never let us down. They helped us through the hurdles with efficiency and humor. We never felt alone on this exciting yet challenging journey.

We feel very fortunate that our BIG decision and our BIG move was with FCB. We are so happy in our new home, thankful to be be living near our grandchildren and grateful to be a part of the RoseGate community. Thank you FCB!
